During the meeting, the strength of the Malaga candidacy and the situation of the race to host the Expo in 2027, which will be decided in June 2023, were reviewed.
The Expo de Malaga is presented with the motto "The urban era: towards the sustainable city", a proposal for reflection on one of the main challenges facing society: making demographic growth and urban development compatible with environmental protection, improving the quality of life of residents in cities.
