Sir Anthony Cooke-Yarborough, President of the British Spanish Society, reviewed the institution's activities over the past year, highlighting its scholarship programme. Maria Panayiotou, Director of Careers and Alumni of the IE Alumni & Careers Club, which is one of the Society's benefactors, spoke about the work of Instituto de Empresa and its presence in the United Kingdom.
The British Spanish Society was founded in 1916 under the name Anglo-Spanish League with the aim of fostering Spanish-British relations.
