Ambassador José Pascual Marco highlighted the vital work carried out by Spanish and British women in business, culture, and diplomacy, emphasizing Spain's feminist strategy. Juan Carlos Machuca, President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom, and Raquel Barrera, founder of the Diversitas Institute and Inclusion Coordinator at Rakuten, encouraged women to continue breaking down barriers.

After the speeches, a panel discussion moderated by Carla Vargas Puccio, director of MHP Tech, took place, featuring Mariemme Nassiri Florido, legal advisor at the EQT Group; Selena Strudwick, advisor for Ferrovial in the United Kingdom and Ireland; and Isabel Bandín, partner at Gómez Acebo & Pombo; Marta Sánchez Merino, head of Quabbala Limited's London office; and Blana Arlabán, partner at Uría Menéndez. They participated in the panel discussion on leadership and gender equality in the legal field. The discussion highlighted that, although the number of women in law firms and corporate legal departments has increased, there is still a lack of female representation in leadership positions.
