The Embassy, together with the Chamber of Commerce and the Association of British Parliamentarians (APPG-Spain), organised a reception in Westminster with the aim to put British parliamentarians in contact with Spanish companies that are working in their constituencies.
The Ambassador recalled the importance of economic relations between Spain and the United Kingdom, which translate into significant volumes of trade and investment. Spain is the seventh investor in the United Kingdom, generating around 170 000 jobs. The United Kingdom, for its part, is the second largest investor in Spain.
