Iraq's citizens must submit their Schengen visa applications at the Embassy of Spain in Amman, except the residents from the followings regions: Dohuk, Erbil, Suleymaniye, Nineveh and Kirkuk. These last ones must submit their visa applications at the Embassy of Spain in Ankara.
