What Is the Third REAIM Summit
The Third REAIM Summit (Responsible Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain) provides a global platform for States, International Organizations, and experts from academia, the private sector, and civil society to exchange views on how Military AI (MAI) should strengthen international peace and security rather than increase risks stemming from irresponsible uses or system failures.
The Objectives of REAIM 2026
For this third Summit, Spain considers it is time to take concrete, practical, and realistic steps to translate previously agreed principles into effective and tangible measures.
The Summit also aims to deepen its multi-stakeholder nature, strengthening cooperation among experts from different regions and sectors—an essential approach to fully understand the technological, military, ethical, legal, and social dimensions of Military AI.
Where and When Will It Take Place?
The Third REAIM Summit will be held at PALEXCO, in the city of A Coruña (Spain), on 4 and 5 February 2026
