The Conference will be preceded, on 1 June, by a Civil Society Forum, whose outputs will be included in the official programme of the Conference.
To coordinate civil society participation in the Conference, a Civil Society Committee (CSC) will be created to perform the dual role of organizing the Civil Society Forum and of acting as advisory bodyfor the Ministerial Conference.
The Committee has been selected following criteria relating to geographical balance, diversity of issues and sectors, intersectionality, significant participation of organizations led by women from the Global South and inclusion of feminist youth movements and organizations working with historically marginalized groups.
The Civil Society Committee of the Fifth Ministerial Conference on Feminist Foreign Policy will be formed by representatives from:
- African Feminist Collective on Feminist Informed Policies - AFiP Collective / African Women’s Development and Communication Network - FEMNET
- Articulación Feminista Marcosur / Network of Afro-Latin American, Afro-Caribbean and Diaspora Women - RMAAD / Latin America and Caribbean Network of Indigenous and Afro-descendent Women with Disabilities - REMIAD

- Elles du Sahel
- Equal Measures 2030
- Human Rights Watch
- Coordinadora de Organizaciones para el Desarrollo (Spanish Development NGO Coordinator)
