At these meetings, cooperation on circular migration, development cooperation and business and economic relations, including the blue economy, were discussed. Minister Albares pledged to strengthen Spain's cooperation on youth and employment.
In Dakar, Minister Albares met with members of the Guardia Civil and National Police forces that work with the Senegalese authorities in the fight against human trafficking networks.
