José Manuel Albares addresses the Foreign Affairs Council

​The monthly meeting of EU Ministers for Foreign Affairs, which once again focused on Ukraine, was attended by Dmytro Kuleba and Antony Blinken, heads of the Ukrainian and US diplomacy respectively. In this respect, José Manuel Albares stressed the need for Europe to remain united with its transatlantic partners.  

At the Foreign Affairs Council meeting, the Ministers also analysed the relationship between the European Union and Turkey, a "critical partner in the Mediterranean", and reviewed the "tangible and concrete" results of the recent summit between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean.​
