The1st Meeting of the Standing Bilateral Political Sub-Committee stems from the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 9 March between the Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, and his counterpart, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard, on the occasion of the visit by the Spanish minister to Mexico.
