Spain welcomes signing of Declaration of Principles between Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwandan M23

Spain welcomes the signing of the Declaration of Principles between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Rwandan M23 under the mediation of Qatar.

This Declaration should be a further step towards regional peace and stability.

Spain calls for the fulfilment of the commitments made in order to move towards a definitive peace.
