Documents that must be sent along with your visa appointment request

The following describes the identifier code to put in the subject line of the message and the supporting documents to attach when writing to emb.yaunde.citvis@maec.es to request a visa appointment.

 

Travelers with diplomatic passport or service passport, on official business.

COR Code.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of passport.

  • Diplomatic note.

Pure airport transit.

TAP Code.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of passport.

  • Flight reservation.

  • Reason for the trip.

  • Visa for the country of final destination (if that country requires a visa).

Visas for family members of European Union citizens.

ESC Code.
Attach:

Spouse and minor children of EU citizen:

  • Biographical page of the passport.
  • Proof of family relationship: birth or marriage certificate, depending on the case.

Other dependents:

  • Biographical page of passport.
  • Proof of family relationship: birth/marriage certificates.
  • Proof of dependency: cohabitation or economic dependency (depending on the case). See point 5 of the instructions.

Marriage certificates must have been registered in a Spanish Civil Registry, or in the country of which the EU spouse is a national.

The Cameroonian birth certificates must have been legalized in this Embassy before the visa application. Make sure that the legalization stamp is visible on the document you are sending.

Sanitary evacuation.

SAN Code.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of the passport.
  • Local doctor's report. Must justify the need to be treated abroad and the urgency of the treatment.
  • Commitment of admission or appointment in a Spanish medical center. With an estimate of the cost and duration of the treatment.
  • Payment in advance, or insurance covering this treatment, or sufficient economic means or other means of financing the trip and treatment.

Students admitted to public schools.

SLP Code.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of passport.
  • Letter of admission (not pre-enrollment) in the public educational center in Spain, and/or resolution of concession of a public scholarship.
  • Last diploma obtained in Cameroon (the one that gives access to studies in Spain) legalized in this Embassy. Make sure that the legalization stamp is visible.

Family regrouping in general regime.

Code RFK.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of the passport.
  • Authorization issued by the Immigration Office in Spain.
  • Proof of family relationship. Cameroonian birth/marriage certificates must have been legalized at this Embassy before submitting the visa application. Make sure that the legalization stamp is visible on the document you are sending.

Workers with authorization of residence and work in Spain, investors, entrepreneurs, highly qualified workers, researchers...

Code TRA.
Attach:

  • Biographical page of the passport.
  • Authorization issued by the Immigration Office in Spain.

Schengen stay visas (family visit, business visit, tourism...).

Attach:

Business visits, visit to relatives, other visits.

Tourist trip.

Non-airport transit.

Medical treatment.           

  • Biographical page of the passport.

Application for residence for non-profit purposes.

  • Proof of the availability of economic means, as described in point 5 of the instructions for this type of visa.

Students in general.

Attach:

  • Biographical page of passport.
  • Letter of admission (not pre-enrollment) to the private educational institution in Spain.
  • Last diploma obtained in Cameroon (the one that gives access to studies in Spain) legalized in this Embassy. Make sure that the legalization stamp is visible.
