· Invitation letter (official police form in the case of family/personal invitations from Spain).
Tourist trip.
· Tourist trip program.
Non-airport transit (territorial).
· Travel itinerary.
· Reason for the trip.
· Visa for the final destination country (if that country requires a visa).
Medical treatment.
· Commitment to admission or appointment at a Spanish medical center. With an estimate of the cost and duration of treatment.
· Advance payment or insurance that covers this treatment or sufficient financial means or other means of financing the trip and the treatment.
Visas for family members of citizens of the European Union (short stay, up to 90 days).
ESC Code.
Attach (all):
· Biographical page of the passport.
· Proof of registration in Spain of the European Union citizen or proof that he/she is traveling with the applicant
· If the European Union citizen is resident in Spain, a notarized statement expressing their intention to invite and host the applicant.
Spouse, partner and children under 21 years of age of the European Union citizen:
· Proof of family relationship with the European Union citizen: marriage/ birth certificate.
· Proof of a relationship analogous to marriage, registered in a public registry, if applicable.
· In the case of an unregistered civil partnership , evidence proving cohabitation for a minimum of one year or legalized birth certificate(s) of common child(ren), if applicable.
Other dependents:
· Proof of family relationship : birth certificate .
· Proof of living at the expense of the Union citizen or, where applicable, their state of health.
In all cases, Cameroonian birth certificates must have been legalized at this Embassy. Please ensure that the legalization seal is visible on the document you are sending.
Travelers with a diplomatic passport or service passport, on an official mission.

Your most recent diploma obtained in Cameroon (the one that grants access to studies in Spain) must be legalized at this Embassy. Please ensure that the legalization stamp is visible.
The application for a student visa must be submitted at least 2 months before the start date of classes.
Family reunification under the general regime.

· In the case of an unregistered domestic partnership, evidence proving cohabitation for a minimum of one year or legalized birth certificate(s) of any children they have in common, if applicable .
