The Spanish Government welcomes today the release in Caracas of five Spanish nationals, one of whom has dual nationality, who are preparing to travel to Spain with the assistance of our Embassy in Caracas. The Spanish Government extends its joy to these citizens, their families, and friends. Minister Albares has spoken to all of them personally.
Spain, which maintains fraternal relations with the Venezuelan people, welcomes this decision as a positive step in the new phase Venezuela is currently undergoing.
