1. To reschedule a consular appointment, please first retrive the email you received containing the confirmation of your appointment and click on the “Reschedule” button.

2. The next window will provide the options “Volver a programar” or “Cancelar reserva” Please select “Volver a programar” to reschedule your appointment.
3. Once you have selected “Volver a programar”, a calendar will be displayed for you to choose a different date and time, subject to availability, while retaining the additional information from your previous appointment. After selecting your new appointment, simply click on "Actualizar reserva" to update your booking.
4. If you have clicked on “Actualizar reserva”, the following window will appear. Please click “Aceptar” to confirm your booking update:
5. You will then receive an email containing the details of your new appointment.
