Ambassador Emma Aparici and Andreea Zugravu addressed the digital challenges facing public administrations and the need to integrate artificial intelligence into the public sector to improve citizen services and foster economic competitiveness, while protecting citizens' rights. In this regard, Spain has promoted the creation of a European agency to oversee artificial intelligence and has committed to applying this technology to reduce bureaucracy and improve citizen services in a responsible and humane manner.
