Accompanied by the Councillor for Cultural Affairs and the Director of the Cervantes Institute, José Pascual Marco was received by Richard Davies, the Chief of Staff. Mr Davies spoke to the group about the institution's history and showed them the Spanish-language collection, which includes manuscripts and first editions of Spanish and Latin American documents.
This meeting emphasised the strong cultural ties between Spain and the UK, and the shared dedication to safeguarding and celebrating a rich bibliographic heritage.
