Ambassador Aparici praised the work of the Spanish Armed Forces as guarantors of national security and defenders of international peace. For his part, the Defense Attaché, Rafael Guerra Soler, listed some of the international missions in which over 3,000 members of our Armed Forces are deployed, especially in the Baltic and Eastern Europe. He also reiterated Spain's commitment to dialogue and diplomacy to resolve global conflicts.
After the speeches, the Spanish and British national anthems were played, and a toast was offered to Their Majesties The King and Queen of Spain and the United Kingdom.
