Ambassador Aparici praised Spanish wine, describing it as an excellent product and an expression of Spanish culture.
Guillermo de Aranzábal, the president of the Wine Culture Foundation, introduced the participating wineries. Subsequently, Master of Wine Sarah Jane Evans led a tasting, during which the winery representatives explained the characteristics and production processes of their wines.
