The Ambassador meets with the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons

​​The Committee's chair, Emily Thornberry, was accompanied by several members of Parliament

​​The British legislators inquired about the state of the Spanish politics and our position on major international issues, especially Ukraine and the Middle East. The Ambassador and the members of Parliament also exchanged views on EU-UK relations ahead of the upcoming summit on May 19th,  and the possibilities of reaching a Security and Defence agreement.
