Public opening hours

Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 to 13:00: public opening hours at the Consular Section for all types of administrative procedures.

1. Sundays and Tuesdays: walk-in service without prior appointment.
2. Thursdays: reserved for service with prior appointment only. You may request an appointment through the following email: emb.doha.sc@maec.es

Certified copies and legalizations may be carried out without prior an appointment at the Consular Section any working day from 9:00 to 13:00.

For any inquiries related to Civil Registry, passports, notarial services, Consular Registration, certified copies, and legalizations, you may consult updated information on the respective procedures in the Consular Services section of the Embassy website.

The Embassy is closed to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, in accordance with the official weekend in the State of Qatar.

Visas

The Embassy of Spain in Doha has outsourced the visa processing service to the company BLS. To submit your visa application to BLS, as well as for any questions related to the status of your visa application, contact BLS through their website (https://qatar.blsspainvisa.com/) or by phone: +974 4144 7600.

​ONLY spouses of European Union citizens, contact the mailbox emb.doha.sc@maec.es to submit your visa application directly at the Embassy.
