Declaración conjunta con motivo del 31er Festival del Orgullo de Budapest

Con motivo del 31er Festival del Orgullo de Budapest las embajadas e institutos culturales abajo firmantes reafirmamos nuestro apoyo a los derechos humanos de las personas LGBTQI+ en Hungría y alrededor del mundo.
Defendemos la dignidad, la igualdad y la no discriminación, así como los derechos a la libertad de expresión y de reunión pacífica, de conformidad con el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos y los principios de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos.
Celebramos la afirmación del nuevo gobierno de que Hungría será el hogar de todo húngaro y que todos pueden sentir que tienen sitio en la nación húngara.
Estamos dispuestos a apoyar todos los esfuerzos para garantizar el derecho de todos, incluidas las personas LGBTQI+, a vivir libres de discriminación, violencia y prejuicios.
Reconocemos las importantes contribuciones de las personas LGBTQI+, los defensores de los derechos humanos, la sociedad civil y las organizaciones comunitarias en la defensa de la inclusión, el respeto mutuo y la igualdad de oportunidades para todos en Hungría durante los últimos años.
El Orgullo de Budapest continúa siendo una expresión importante de los valores fundamentales de libertad de expresión, asociación y reunión pacífica, como lo demuestra la participación récord del año pasado.
Juntos reafirmamos nuestro compromiso compartido con la justicia, el respeto y la inclusión de todos. Esperamos celebrarlo el 27 de junio.

Közös nyilatkozat a 31. Budapest Pride Fesztivál alkalmából

A 31. Budapest Pride Fesztivál alkalmából mi, alulírott nagykövetségek és kulturális intézetek, újfent megerősítjük támogatásunkat a leszbikus, meleg, biszexuális, transznemű, queer és interszex (LMBTQI+) emberek emberi jogai iránt Magyarországon és világszerte.
Kiállunk a méltóság, az egyenlőség és a megkülönböztetésmentesség mellett, valamint a véleménynyilvánítás és a békés gyülekezés szabadságáért, összhangban a nemzetközi emberi jogi jogszabályokkal és az Emberi Jogok Egyetemes Nyilatkozatának alapelveivel.
Üdvözöljük az új kormány azon kijelentését, hogy Magyarország minden magyar otthona lesz, és hogy mindenki azt érezheti: helye van a magyar nemzetben.
Készen állunk támogatni minden olyan törekvést, amely biztosítja mindenki jogát – beleértve az LMBTQI+ emberekét is – ahhoz, hogy megkülönböztetéstől, erőszaktól és előítéletektől mentesen élhessen.
Elismerjük az LMBTQI+ személyek, az emberi jogi védelmezők, a civil társadalom és a közösségi szervezetek fontos hozzájárulását a befogadás, a kölcsönös tisztelet és az esélyegyenlőség védelméhez Magyarországon az elmúlt években.
A Budapest Pride továbbra is olyan alapvető értékekről szól, mint a véleménynyilvánítás, valamint a békés szerveződés és gyülekezés szabadsága, amit a tavalyi rekordrészvétel is bizonyított.
Újfent megerősítjük közös elkötelezettségünket a mindenkit megillető méltányosság, tisztelet és befogadás mellett. Várjuk, hogy ezt június 27-én közösen ünnepelhessük.

Joint Statement on the occasion of the 31st Budapest Pride Festival

On the occasion of the 31st Budapest Pride Festival, we, the undersigned Embassies and Cultural Institutes, reaffirm our support for the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex (LGBTQI+) people in Hungary and around the world.
We stand for dignity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as the rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, in line with international human rights law and the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We welcome the new Government's affirmation that Hungary will be home for every Hungarian, and that everyone can feel they have a place in the Hungarian nation.
We stand ready to support all efforts to ensure the right of everyone, including LGBTQI+ people, to live free from discrimination, violence and prejudice.
We recognise the important contributions of LGBTQI+ individuals, human rights defenders, civil society and community organisations in defending inclusion, mutual respect and equal opportunities for all in Hungary over recent years.
Budapest Pride remains an important expression of the core values of freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly, demonstrated by last year's record participation.
Together, we reaffirm our shared commitment to fairness, respect and inclusion for all people. We look forward to celebrating this on 27 June.
