​​​The Embassy of Spain in Amman is regularly operating.

Public service hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is essenctial to obtain a confirmed prior appointment to enter the Embassy´s premises, this can be requested by email emb.amman.nac@maec.es  (for civil registry, notary, passport applications and resident registration) or emb.amman.vis@maec.es  (visas, NIE, NIF)

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS

On working Mondays and Wednesdays, this Embassy will remain open from 2:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. for the collection and delivery of documents (during the month of Ramadan it will be from 1:30p.m to 2:30p.​m), passports and visas and for the delivery of civil registration applications. For this type of procedure, and within the established schedule, a prior appointment is not necessary.

LEGALIZATIONS

On working Tuesdays, this Embassy will remain open from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. for the delivery of documents and payment of fees in the legalizations section (legalizations and certifications). For this type of procedure, and within the established schedule, a prior appointment is not necessary.

*During the month of Ramadan, public service hours will be from 8:30a.m. to 3:00p.m.​

*During the month of Ramadan, collection and delivery of documents will take place from 1:30p.m to 2:30p.m.

*From June 15 to September 15, public service hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
