Functions of the Embassy of Spain in Jordan

The main responsibilities of the Embassy of​ Spain in Jordan are:

• Protection of the Spanish interests in Jordan.
• Promotion of the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Spain (Political, economic,​ cultural, etc.)
• Defense and explanation of the Spanish positions to the Jordan authorities and to their civil society.
  
• Provision of consular services, both to the Spanish community and to those Jordanians interested in Spain.
• Organization of official visits of Spanish delegations to Jordan and support to the Jordanian delegations who visit Spain.​
