GENERAL VISA INFORMATION

Please note that you must submit your visa application according to your jurisdiction. We do not accept applications from outside of our jurisdiction. Consular jurisdictions

SUBMIT IN ADVANCE (WHEN TO APPLY)

Please submit your visa application sufficiently in advance of the start of your trip or the start of your studies. It is possible to apply for a Schengen or a Student visa from 6 months before the intended date of your travel or the beginning of the study program. The procedure involves consultations with other authorities that is not possible to expedite.

Please note that we do not accept incomplete visa applications. Only complete applications with all the required documents will be admitted and processed. Please check the required documents below according to the type of visa.

Please submit the documents to apply for accreditation, official or courtesy visas (only for diplomatic or official passports) at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Spain:

Verbal note;
National visa application form.pdf (for accreditation or official visas);
Schengen visa application form.pdf (for courtesy visas);
1 photo
Original diplomatic or official passport
