COMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Please make sure that the visa applicant has all the required documentation before scheduling or requesting an appointment. Please don't schedule or request an appointment if the visa applicant does not have all the legally required complete documentation.
During the appointment, the applicant must submit the complete and correct required documents. If the visa applicant doesn't submit all the required documents during the appointment, the visa applicant must schedule another appointment after getting all the required documents.
It is not possible to process a visa application in the visa system with missing legally required documentation. Only applications with all the required documentation will be admitted and processed. The Consular Office does not admit visa applications without all the legally required documentation.
Please note that, apart from the legally required documentation, the visa applicant can submit other supporting documentation in order to strengthen or clarify the visa application. This supporting documentation can be needed to avoid misinterpretations, further requirements or an interview to clarify the visa application purpose.
