Residence visa - intercompany

1. Application form duly completed and signed

2. 2 passport sized photographs

3. Passport valid for a minimum of one year

4. Authorisation of residency for non-resident employees (Autorización de residencia por traslado intraempresarial, tramitación que se llevara cabo por parte de la  empresa en la Unidad de Grandes Empresas y Colectivos Estrategicos)  (obtained by the employer through the Unidad de Grandes Empresas y Colectivos).

5. Police clearance certificate (name and fingerprint check) for applicants over the age of 18.  Police certificate must be Apostilled and officially translated into Spanish. 

6. A non-refundable visa fee in Australian dollars. Payment is accepted by money order. Without this payment a visa will not be processed. Money Orders to be made payable to: Consulate General of Spain.
