Apostille of The Hague to legalize U.S. documents/certificates

To legalize the FBI background check you must obtain the Federal Apostille:

To legalize US Birth or Marriage Certificates,  the Apostille must be obtained from the same State that issued the Certificate (for example, Birth Certificate issued in Texas will  be legalized with the  Texas Apostille).
