The Consulate can issue Certificates of Good Standing for companies legally registered in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. In order to get the above mentioned certificate you must bring or mail:
1. The Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Secretary of State where the company is registered bearing the Hague Apostille.
3. Prepaid self addressed US Postal Service envelope, (Priority or Express mail)
