Condemnation of attack in Mogadishu by terrorist group Al-Shabab

​Spain strongly condemns the brutal attack by the terrorist group Al-Shabab in the centre of Mogadishu, Somalia, killing more than 100 people and injuring many others, including many women and children.

 

The Government of Spain conveys its sincere condolences to the families of the deceased and wishes all those injured a speedy recovery.

 

Spain reiterates its support for the Government of Somalia in its fight against terrorism and reaffirms its commitment to peace and security in the country.
