Finding Work in the U.S.

There is no national organization dedicated to helping people find work in the U.S. Businesses publish their job offerings in newspapers and/or online.

Starting a Business

If you would like to start a business in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, the best course of action is to visit the Exterior Economic and Commercial Office’s website. They will be able to inform you of requirements and other formalities in order to advise you on how to start and promote your business in the U.S.

Employment and Social Security Services

Spanish Employment and Social Security Services provides information and assistance to Spaniards in the U.S. regarding pensions, healthcare, unemployment benefits, etc. They also support more than 80 Spanish associations and centers in the U.S.
