International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM): Summer course on Spanish Food and Culture in Zaragoza, Spain
The CIHEAM, International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies, has produced the Mediterranean Agribusiness School (MABS) summer program in Spanish food culture, studying the Mediterranean diet and agro-food industry. In this program, located in Zaragoza, Spain, students will learn about agribusiness through classroom and practical sessions, explore Spanish language and culture through language lessons and guided tours, and gain hands-on experience in Spanish gastronomy through field trips and technical visits. The program will run from June 3-28, 2019 with an optional 4-week internship program to gain international work experience and apply knowledge from the program.
