ELIGIBILITY
 
 
This Consular Section issues Schengen visas to Jamaican citizens  living in Jamaica and other nationals with legal residence in Jamaica whose main destination is one or more of the following Schengen States: Spain, Austria, France, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Portugal, The Czech Republic, Slovenia, The Slovak Republic, The Republic of Latvia and Switzerland.
 
 
This Consular Section issues Schengen visas to non-citizens with legal residence in Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Dominica and St. Kitts and Nevis to Spain only.
 
 
Please note that via a Visa Waiver Agreement between the Schengen Area and the countries of Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Dominica and St. Kitts and Nevis, citizens of these four countries no longer require a Schengen Visa (may spend up to 90 days in the Schengen Area sans visa).
 
 
 
APPOINTMENTS
 
 
Applicants will be required to schedule an appointment for the submission of visa applications at this Consular Section.

To schedule a visa appointment at this Consular Section, please visit the link below.
 
  
 
 
1.    Each applicant must reserve his or her own 10 minute slot. There are no joint/group appointments. 
 
2.    Only local contact numbers must be provided.  
 
3.    Utilize the comments section for any additional information you wish to provide. In the case of agents or family members scheduling on behalf of an applicant, please insert applicant’s name and mobile number in the comments.
  
4.   To cancel an appointment, please send an e-mail to emb.kingston@maec.es with subject “Cancellation” with your request.
APPOINTMENTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE! 
 
The Consular Section is open to the public from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. Monday to Friday.
 
   
NO firearms or weapons allowed! Persons carrying firearms or weapons will NOT be permitted entry.
 
  
 
 
BIOMETRICS
 
 
All applicants (except children under the age of twelve) are required to submit biometrics for visa processing. All applicants must appear in person.

Please ensure that all required documentation is presented.  Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted.

Attached below are the requirements for the artist/musician visa for Jamaican musical artistes living in Jamaica and other nationals with legal residence in Jamaica as well as non-citizens with legal residence in Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Dominica and St. Kitts and Nevis who are scheduled to travel to one or more of the countries listed below for specific performances that do not exceed 5 consecutive days or 20 non consecutive days within a 3-month period.
