ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The visa itself is not endowed with irrevocable privilege of territorial entry. Immigration authorities may deny the traveller entry to Schengen territory even when he/she is holding a valid visa and passport.
• The visa must be collected within one month. Otherwise the visa will be regarded as desisted and the application procedure concluded.
• If the applicant fails to provide any required document, the missing document/s shall be submitted within 10 days from the date of application, after which the application will be regarded as desisted.
• Each file is considered individually. Therefore each applicant must individually submit a complet set of documents. When the invitation letter issued by the Spanish host company/organization and/or the dispatch letter from the Chinese company/organization refers to several applicants, a photocopy of the letter will be enclosed in each application.
• The submission of all the requested documents does not garantee automatic issuance of the visa. Visa refusals will be notified in writing. Applicants may lodge an appeal against the refusal decision.
• If the applicant is required to report to this Consulate upon his/her return, he/she is assumed to accept and fulfil this requirement.
• Applicants should check the issued visa upon Collection, especially their personal data and dates. Once accepted, it is assumed that the content of the visa is correct.
