Residence Visa (Investor's)

PROCEDURE:

    1. Complete the documents required. Put all the documents in 1 large brown envelope (with the applicant´s surname, name and contact number written in bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope)

    2. The applicant must come personally on the appointment date and must pay the visa fee) upon submission of the application and the processing fee of the residence and working permit.


REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Duly accomplished Application form for National Visa.  
    2. Duly accomplished Form 790 Fee and Form 990 (Filipino citizens are exempted of the Form 990)
    3. One (1) recent passport-sized picture of the applicant (to be pasted on the application form)
    4. Valid passport (with validity of at least 6 months)
    5. Proof that the applicant has enough economic means for putting up a business in Spain
    6. Business plan indicating the nature of business, expected total investment, expected profit, and if applicable, job opportunities that may be created by the business
    7. Duly authenticated transcript of records and diploma
    8. Business permit/s issued by the Spanish authorities and, if applicable, certification/proof that the application for the business permit has been filed
    9. Medical certificate indicating the non-existence of diseases that may have a serious effect on public health, according to International Sanitary Regulations of 2005 (authenticated by Department of Health and Department of Foreign Affairs)
   10. NBI Clearance (National Bureau of Investigation Clearance) validity must be 3 months from the date of issuance, duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs; as well as Police/NBI Clearance from the places of residence within the last 5 years, authenticated by the authorities of that country and the corresponding Spanish Consulate/Embassy.
   11. Three (3) xerox/photocopies of item no.1. Two (2) xerox/photocopies of items no. 3 to 11. Make sure the copies are clear and legible. 
   12. 1 big legal-sized BROWN ENVELOPE with APPLICANT´S SURNAME and NAME as well as the contact TELEPHONE NUMBERS in bold letters on the upper left corner of the envelope.


   NOTE All Filipino documents to be used in Spain in applying for the residence card have to be authenticated by the Consulate General of Spain / OTHER DOCUMENTS NOT INDICATED MAY BE REQUIRED

FOR SECURITY REASONS, CELLPHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE CONSULATE GENERAL.  THEREFORE IT IS ADVISED NOT TO CARRY ANY DURING YOUR VISIT, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE THE CONSULATE GENERAL’S PREMISES. THE CONSULATE GENERAL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
