Entrepreneurial Support Act for Entrepreneurs and its Internationalization

Allows residency in Spain for foreigners who make a significant investment in Spain of a value equal to or greater than:
 
1. Two million Euros in Spanish public debt securities, or
 
2. One million Euros in company shares or stock of Spanish capital companies with an actual business activity, or
 
3. One million Euros in investment funds, closed-end investment funds or venture capital funds constituted in Spain, or
 
4. One million Euros in bank deposits in Spanish financial institutions.
 
 
 
Allows residency in Spain for foreigners who have invested in real estate in Spain with a value equal to or greater than 500,000 euros.
 
 
 
Allows residency in Spain for non-EU nationals intending to engage in innovative business (entrepreneur) or business investments of particular economic interest in Spain.
 
 
 
Allows for Residence and Work Authorization in Spain of highly qualified staff, with previous Government Authorization, in any of the following positions:
 
• Management or highly qualified staff of large businesses or corporate groups, or SMEs in strategic sectors.
 
• Management of highly qualified staff of business projects in the general interest.
 
• Graduates, postgraduates from universities and prestigious business schools.
 
 
 
 
Allows transfers of foreign workers to Spain, as part of their employment, professional work or professional training with a company or corporate group established in Spain or another country. 
 
 
 
Allows residency in Spain for non-EU nationals wishing to pursue training and research activities in the public or private sector in any of the following positions:
 
a) The research staff
 
b) Scientific and technological staff carrying our scientific research, development and technological innovation work, in business entities or R&D&I centers established in Spain.
 
c) Researchers subject to an agreement with public or private research bodies, under the conditions set out in the regulations.
 
d) Lecturers recruited by universities, higher education and research bodies or centers, or business schools established in Spain.
