Notarial deeds

In order to draw up any Notary document you must submit the following information:

  1. A duly completed and signed application form, which must be sent by email to cog.londres.not@maec.es.
  2. The Notary Department will then contact you regarding the fee for the Notarial document, payable by postal order to the Spanish Consulate General, which should be sent to the Consulate before the document is drawn up.

  3. Once the payment of the fee has gone through, the Notary Department will contact you to schedule an appointment.

It can take more than 4 weeks to get an appointment. If you need the document urgently, please contact The Notaries Society.
