Visa and Entry Requirements

6/5/2020

Visa requirements to enter Spain for stays not exceeding 90 days.

IMPORTANT: You can only apply for a visa to enter Spain at this Consulate General or with BLS.
You can only apply for a visa directly at this Consulate General if you are applying for a residence visa  (more than 90 days) or if you hold a diplomatic, service or official passport.

Nationals of third countries who are family members of an EU citizen have the right to submit their visa application directly to this Consulate.

However, given the limitations of the system of prior appointments, and for reasons of speed in the processing of applications, they are reminded that they also have the option of going to the offices that BLS has set up in Manchester and Edinburgh.

The applicant must be a legal resident in the consular jurisdiction of the Consulate General. In case you are not resident in UK, you must apply for your visa in your country of residence.

It is compulsory to make an appointment to submit the visa application. This appointment can be made either with the company BLS International LTD or with the Consulate General of Spain in Edinburgh

The application with the company BLS International has a cost for the services provided, which is independent of the statutory visa fee.
